[:es]NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD OBLIGATORIAS[:ca]NORMES DE SEGURETAT OBLIGATÒRIES[:en]MANDATORY SECURITY MEASURES[:ru]ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНЫЕ НОРМЫ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ[:]

• En todo momento se deberán seguir las indicaciones del monitor/a.
• Los menores de 16 años, necesitarán autorización paterna/materna o tutor/a.
• El/la cliente/a comprende que es obligatorio llevar la máscara puesta dentro del terreno de juego durante toda la partida. Una vez eliminado se debe continuar con ella puesta hasta salir del campo de juego. Quitarse la máscara de seguridad mientras otras personas están jugando es muy peligroso y es su responsabilidad tenerla siempre puesta. quitársela dentro del campo será motivo de expulsión de las instalaciones.
• No se pueden rebasar los límites establecidos por los/las monitores/as. El/la jugador/a que los rebase será eliminado.
• No se puede disparar nunca fuera del campo de juego.
• Fuera del campo las marcadoras deberán estar siempre con el seguro y el chupete puesto y apuntando hacia el suelo.
• No se podrá utilizar ni llevar material ajeno al paintball durante las partidas.
• No cargar la marcadora con bolas usadas, con cualquier tipo de objeto que no sean las bolas que se provee a cada participante, ya que se encasquillarán y podrán producir la rotura de la marcadora, siendo en este caso responsable la persona que no haya cumplido esta norma.  Está terminantemente prohibido disparar a personas ajenas al juego y hacia arriba. (será motivo de expulsión de las instalaciones).
• El uso indebido o maltrato del material, supondrá la reposición del 100% del mismo.
• La organización no se hace responsable de los accidentes producidos por el incumplimiento de estas normas, o por el terreno de juego, o por los efectos de la climatología.
• Cuando alguien dispare en la máscara de otro jugador, estará fuera de juego. El jugador que haya sido disparado no podrá limpiar la máscara dentro del campo de juego. Tendrá que salir a la zona segura y allí limpiarla con el material adecuado. Bajo ninguna circunstancia se quitará la máscara dentro del campo de juego.

No aceptaremos a personas que incumplan lo siguiente:

• Comportamiento inadecuado hacia los demás jugadores, monitores, personal, árbitros, etc.
• Clientes conflictivos, o que busquen el contacto físico intencionado con otros jugadores, monitores, etc.
• Bolas de paintball compradas en otro lugar. Cualquier elemento punzante o peligroso.

Todo participante en la actividad de paintball manifiesta expresamente que:

• Ha leído o ha sido informado y acepta cumplir las reglas del juego de las partidas de paintball organizadas, así como las normas de seguridad obligatorias referidas anteriormente, asumiendo las consecuencias y/o  responsabilidades por su incumplimiento.
• Conoce y asume los posibles riesgos de lesiones derivadas del juego del paintball y/o del equipamiento requerido para su participación.
• Acepta la cesión de uso de las marcadoras y el resto de materiales y equipos y asume plenamente las consecuencias derivadas de su participación y actos realizados, incluso negligentes, tanto consigo mismo como con terceros. Asimismo, se advierte que el paintball es una actividad que conlleva un ejercicio físico, por lo que las personas que por salud tengan alguna limitación física, deben consultar con su médico antes de realizar esta actividad.

• En tot moment s’hauran de seguir les indicacions del monitor/a.
• Els menors de 16 anys, necessitaran autorització paterna/materna o tutor/a.
• El/la client/a comprèn que és obligatori portar la màscara posada dins del terreny de joc durant tota la partida. Una vegada eliminat s’ha de continuar amb ella posada fins a sortir del camp de joc. Treure’s la màscara de seguretat mentre altres persones estan jugant és molt perillós i és la seva responsabilitat portar-la sempre posada. (no portar-la dins del camp serà motiu d’expulsió de les instal·lacions).
• No es poden sobrepassar els límits establerts per els/les monitors/es. El/la jugador/a que els sobrepassi serà eliminat.
• Mai es pot disparar fora del camp de joc.
• Fora del camp les marcadores hauran d’estar sempre amb el segur i el xumet posat i apuntant cap al sòl.
• No es podrà utilitzar ni portar material aliè al paintball durant les partides.
• No carregar la marcadora amb boles ja utilitzades, o amb qualsevol tipus d’objectes que no siguin les boles amb les quals es proveeix a cada participant, ja que aquestes poden produir el trencament de la marcadora, sent en aquest cas responsable la persona que no hagi complert aquesta norma.
• Està terminantment prohibit disparar a persones alienes al joc i cap amunt. (serà motiu d’expulsió de les instal·lacions).
• L’ús indegut o maltractament del material, suposarà la reposició del 100% del mateix.
• L’organització no es fa responsable dels accidents produïts per l’incompliment d’aquestes normes, o pel terreny de joc, o pels efectes de la climatologia.
• Quan algú dispari en la màscara d’un altre jugador, estarà fora de joc. El jugador que hagi estat disparat no podrà netejar la màscara dins del camp de joc. Haurà de sortir a la zona segura i allà netejar-la amb el material adequat.
• Sota cap circumstància es treurà la màscara dins del camp de joc

No s´acceptarem a persones que incompleixin el següent:

• Comportament inadequat cap als altres jugadors, monitors, personal, àrbitres, etc.
• Clients conflictius, o que busquin el contacte físic intencionat amb altres jugadors, monitors, etc.
• Boles de paintball comprades en un altre lloc o qualsevol element punxant o perillós.

Tot participant en l’activitat de paintball manifesta expressament que:

• Ha llegit o ha estat informat i accepta complir les regles del joc de les partides de paintball organitzades, així com les normes de seguretat obligatòries esmentades anteriorment, assumint les conseqüències i/o responsabilitats pel seu incompliment.
• coneix i assumeix els possibles riscos de lesions derivades del joc del paintball i/o de l’equipament requerit per a la seva participació.
• Accepta la cessió d’ús de les marcadoras i la resta de materials/equips i assumeix plenament les conseqüències derivades de la seva participació i actes realitzats, fins i tot negligents, tant aconsegueixo mateix com amb tercers.

Així mateix, s’adverteix que el paintball és una activitat que comporta fer exercici físic, per la qual cosa les persones que per salut tinguin alguna limitació física, han de consultar amb el seu metge abans de realitzar aquesta activitat.

• At any time, the instructions of the supervisor should be followed.
• PARENTAL PERMISSION is required for those YOUNGER THAN 16.
• The customer understands that it is MANDATORY TO WEAR THE MASK AT THE PLAYGROUND DURING THE ENTIRE GAME. The mask should be worn until leaving the playground once he or she is eliminated. It is very DANGEROUS to take off the mask whilst other people are still playing, and it is the customers own responsibility to ALWAYS wear the mask. (TAKING OFF THE MASK WHILST PLAYING WILL LEAD TO EXPULSION OF THE PLAYGROUND.)
• One should NOT EXCEED the limits imposed by the supervisors. The player who does exceed these limits will be eliminated.
• One should never fire outside of the playground.
• Outside of the playground, the PAINTBALL MARKER should ALWAYS have the BARREL BLOCK AND THE SAFETY LEVER PUT, AND SHOULD POINT TOWARDS THE GROUND.
• During the game, IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO USE NOR WEAR OWN PAINTBALL MATERIAL.
• IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO FIRE AT ANOTHER PERSON AT LESS THAN SEVEN METERS distance. When someone does this, this person will be eliminated from the game. THE PLAYER WHO DOES NOT RESPECT THIS RULE, WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CAUSED INJURIES.
• One should not load the paintball marker with used bullets, or with any kind of objects that are not the bullets provided to every player, since they will get stuck and might cause the marker to break, in this case the person who does not respect this rule will be held responsable. IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO FIRE AT PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF THE PLAYGROUND AND AT THE SKY. (THIS WILL LEAD TO EXPULSION OF THE PLAYGROUND.)
• THE WRONGFUL USE OR MALTREATMENT OF THE MATERIAL WILL LEAD TO THE COMPLETE REPLACEMENT OF THIS MATERIAL.
• THE ORGANIZATION CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS THAT OCCUR DUE TO THE NON-COMPLIANCE OF THE ESTABLISHED RULES, DUE TO THE PLAYGROUND, OR DUE TO CLIMATE CONDITIONS.
• When someone fires at the mask of another player, this first player will be eliminated of the game. The player who got shot at, is not allowed to clean his or her mask inside the playground. He or she will have to leave to the safe zone where the mask can be cleaned using the correct material. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES THE MASK CAN BE REMOVED INSIDE THE PLAYGROUND.
• We will not accept persons who behave in the following ways: – misconduct towards other players, supervisors, staff, referee, etc. – Confrontational clients, or those who seek intentional physical contact with other players, supervisors, etc. – Paintball bullets purchased somewhere else. – any kind of sharp or dangerous object.

Every paintball player acknowledges with emphasis that:

• He or she has read or has been informed about the game rules of the organized Paintball games, and accepts to comply with these rules, just as the MANDATORY SECURITY MEASURES referred to above, accepting the consequences and/ or responsibilities of non compliance.
• He or she recognizes and accepts the possible risks and the possible injuries caused by the Paintball game and/or by the equipment necessary for his or her participation.
• He or she accepts to hand in the paintball markers and other materials/ equipment and accepts completely all consequences that follow his or her participation and acts, even neglectful ones, towards his or her own person or third parties. At the same time, please note that Paintball is an activity that requires physical exercise, and therefore persons who suffer physical limitations due to health reasons should consult their physician before participating in this activity.

• В каждый момент вы должны следовать указаниям инструктора.
• Детям в возрасте до 16 лет, потребуется разрешение отца/матери или опекуна.
• Клиент понимает, что обязательно носить маску в местах игры в течение всей игры. После удаления (поражения) необходимо направиться с ней ко входу в игровое поле. Снимать маску в то время, как другие люди играют очень опасно. Снятие маски внутри поля может быть основанием для удаления из игры.
• Нельзя нарушать периметр, установленный инструктором. Нарушивший игрок будет удален.
• Нельзя стрелять за пределами игрового поля.
• Если вы покидаете игровое поле – закройте ствол маркера заглушкой и установите на предохранитель.
• Нельзя использовать или брать с собой материал, не относящийся к Пейнтболу во время игры.
• Нельзя заряжать маркер использованными шариками, любыми посторонними предметами, которые могут вывести из строя маркер или привести к его поломке, в этом случае, ответственность лежит на человеке, нарушившем правило. Категорически запрещается стрелять в не играющих людей и вверх. (Это будет основанием для удаления с площадки).
• При порче или неаккуратном обращении с материалом, придется возместить 100% стоимость имущества.
• Организация не несет ответственности за несчастные случаи, вызванные несоблюдением настоящих правил, рельефом местности или воздействием погодных условий.
• При попадании в маску другого игрока, игрок выбывает. Игрок, в которого попали должен выйти в безопасную зону и вытереть маску предназначенным для этого материалом. Ни при каких обстоятельствах нельзя снимать маску внутри игрового поля.

Мы не принимаем клиентов

• с ненадлежащим поведением к другим игрокам, к инструкторам, персоналу, судьям и т. д.
• проблемных, или преднамеренно ищущих физический контакт с другими игроками, либо инструктором и т. д.
• с шариками для Пейнтбола, приобретенными в другом месте, с колющими или опасными предметами.

Каждый участник игры в Пейнтбол заявляет, что:

• Прочитал и был проинформирован и согласен соблюдать правила организованной игры в Пейнтбол, и обязательные правила безопасности, упомянутые выше, принимая на себя последствия и/или ответственность за их нарушение.
• Знает и принимает на себя возможный риск увечий, связанных с игрой в Пейнтбол и/или оборудованием, необходимым для их участия.
• Принимает переданное в пользование маркеры и другие материалы и оборудования, и полностью берет на себя все последствия, вытекающие из участия и действий, даже по неосторожности, как с самим собой, так и с третьими лицами. Кроме того, предупрежден, что Пейнтбол – это игра, которая требует физические усилия, из-за чего людям с физическими ограничения, следует проконсультироваться со своим врачом перед участием в Пейнтболе.
